All tickets are able to be fully refunded for three calendar days (72 hours) after purchasing them, up to a week before the event. In order to receive a refund, please contact us at email@example.com before this refund window closes. After this window closes and you still wish to refund your ticket for whatever reason, you are welcome to transfer your ticket.
In order to transfer your ticket to another person, you must put it in writing emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the attached ticket, and the full name of the new ticket holder.
All participants consuming alcohol during our events must be at least 21 years of age. Guests choosing to partake in alcohol consumption must prove their age with qualifying identification, such as a state I.D., driver’s license (from within the U.S.), passport, Green Card, etc. We reserve the right to deny someone entrance based off faulty or insufficient identification.
If, during our event, you cause any damage, or excessive mess to the venue or vehicles in use, you will be liable to pay for any charges accrued due to cleaning expenses.
By attending our events, you understand that this a public event and that your appearance and actions both inside and outside the venue and/or vehicles where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant Parents Time Out and any participating companies and businesses the permission to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other publication released during or after the event without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
In the case that an event needs to be canceled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will receive email notifications with instructions on refunds and/or new event details. Should there be a conflict with any rescheduled events, please contact us directly at email@example.com with your ticket number in order for us to expedite a refund.
