WHO ARE WE?
Parents Time Out is a company that plans, manages, and executes events for families and parents. Events range from smaller, family focused events to larger, parent focused events.
HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
We welcome local businesses to participate in our events to grow their brand awareness, make connections with local families, and build rapport with the community, which, in turn, adds value to our events. Businesses participate by becoming a:
Sponsor
Sponsors purchase one of our many sponsorship packages (see below) in order to have their logo placed on event marketing, attend the event to network with guests, pass out promotional material, and secure the email list of guests.
Vendor
Vendors provide a service and/or activity for guests during the event in order to build their brand awareness and pass out promotional material.
Venue
Venues provide space and food/beverage at a promotional rate in order to showcase their establishment and products to our group, and have their logo placed on event marketing.
SPONSORSHIP PERKS

Only one sponsor per industry per event is allowed

You are highlighted and celebrated as a sponsor on our website, in follow up emails, and verbally/visually recognized at the event

You receive the email addresses of the event guests in order to follow up after the event to continue building that relationship.
